Minimum Orders

Opening Order minimum is 5 pieces.

Minimum amount for reorders is 10 pieces. Reorders will not be released for shipment until payment has been received for any previous orders.

 

Payment Method

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal and company check by approval. Opening orders must be pre-paid via cc or check. All subsequent orders will be billed at the time of ship. A credit card is required on file at the time the order is placed. You may place your wholesale order online, by telephone, email (sales@shiftmakes.com) at a trade show, or by appointment at the SHIFT studio in Philadelphia, PA. We do not accept COD.

Buyers that have placed and received three or more orders may apply for net 30 terms. Net 30 accounts must be backed with a credit card guarantee of payment. The amount due will be charged to your credit card if payment is not received in a timely manner. In the event that the account becomes non-collectable, late fees may be assessed. Accounts past 45 days will be referred to collections. All returned checks will be charged $50 and subsequent orders must be prepaid by a credit card or check.

 

Pricing Policies

SHIFT suggests an Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (Retail Price, or RP). SHIFT does not sell to retailers who advertise our products for under Retail Price without explicit approval.

PRODUCT QUALITY: Due to the nature of our production methods, each product may vary slightly.

EXCLUSIVITY & PROXIMITY: Approval is needed before becoming a SHIFT stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you have questions please contact sales@shiftmakes.com.

Identity

Hose Reels are typically tagged with cards that include our company name and product information. However, we will inquire before shipping whether you would like to use our packaging or if you would prefer to use yours. Product cards, stickers, business cards and custom elements can be shipped by request for placement at retail location.

IDENTITY & RESPECT: Please note that our brand is a cherished member of our team, and we expect that our identity in any retail environment is treated with respect. As such, we’ve presented identity guidelines we expect our retailers to follow. These guidelines include proper text formatting for products and brand, visibility in store, a minimum of two social posts focused on SHIFT or SHIFT products annually, and promoting the products with approved marketing copy. RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to sales@shiftmakes.com or by phone within two days of placing your order. No cancellations to rush orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or are in production.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Orders will be completed and shipped 5-7 business days from the day the order is confirmed. Larger orders can take three to ten weeks to fill depending on the circumstances and inventory levels. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We ship dropship orders via USPS with insurance/tracking and use economical Flat Rate boxes whenever possible. We ship wholesale stock via UPS with insurance/delivery confirmation and on a case by case basis. International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees. Registered Mail, Express Mail, and FedEx are available upon request and will incur additional charges to be determined. UPS and FedEx are available as 3rd party billing if account number is provided. Rush shipping on orders is available by special request and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

BACKORDERS: We strive to ship complete, but on occasion we sometimes run out of our most popular products. If this is the case we will contact you to give you the option to change your order or wait for the item to restock. All backorders will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped out as soon as possible. SHIFT pays for any shipping charges on backorders to customers. We will not cancel backorders unless requested.

 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What if my customer's item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, contact sales@shiftmakes.com within 5 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging for internal analysis. Typically, we will email a return label with an authorization number and upon UPS return scan ship a replacement product to the same address. Please hold onto all packaging materials. A return authorization number will be required for any return.

Our showroom model was damaged.
It's ok! We will gladly replace any product that breaks while on display at your store within 60 days of shipment - after one we'll start to think something funny may be going on thought. We will repair/replace any manufacturing problem within one year of purchase.

For bulk or custom orders, please contact us immediately and take photos at time of delivery. Contact us at sales@shiftmakes.com to discuss replacement.

Returned items must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange. SHIFT reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice, in a condition unacceptable for resale or without an RA #. All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the retailer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.

Please pack products in a well-padded envelope or package and ship via UPS, USPS or Fedex. Shipping insurance is not required but it is recommended.

SHIFT is not responsible for loss or damages incurred from shipping of returned products. Claims must be completed by appropriate parties.

REPLACEMENT: We will gladly replace any product that breaks while on display at your store within 90 days of shipment. We guarantee any our products to your customers as well. We stand behind our products, and will repair/replace any manufacturing problem within one year of purchase.

INDEMNITY: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Shift Space Design LLC and its affiliate brands harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site or products.
