Introducing Peel
September 24th, 2020: the Peel line joins the Shift collection.
Our long-in-development Peel range includes the Peel Bar Stool, Counter Stool and Side Table. The trio has been released to coincide with the JOIN Virtual Show, a 3 day curated online event focused on American designers and American-made products.
The line explores connections between surface and frame, and this exploration is expressed by the folding and unfolding volumetric loops that form the rigid base of their structures. This distinct production method unifies the lineup, allowing cohesion in diverse environments. Capable of handling the constraints of public and private or indoor and outdoor use - the Peel line is a new, confident voice for dining and hospitality environments.
Our Peel Barstool and Counterstool are designed for distinction. These bar and counter height stools are styled and crafted to be equally at ease indoors as they are outdoors, and feature an integrated footrest with two-tone color options. Both are tested to endure high-traffic outdoor conditions in public and private environments, and are made-to-order from resilient coated aluminum. This new duo of durably-built stools bring the language and personality of Shift to the raucous of the bar.
Our Peel Side Table carries the dynamic yet straightforward styling of the barstool and counter stool to the pool lounge. The organic shapes that compose the sturdy perch of the Barstool and Counterstool here reach to the floor and merge, forming a table base topped by carved marble. Like the entire Shift lineup, these three new releases are developed to endure almost anywhere. The Peel can even be a side table for the shower, soap suds and all, but is an ideal height and diameter for a cocktail or a book. Wherever Peel is placed, its details are noticed.
The Peel Barstool and Counterstool can be color-matched to suit a project's palette and are offered standard in Pearl (White), Graphite (Dark Grey), Moss (Green), and Lake (Blue). Retail pricing on the Peel Barstool is $820 USD and the Peel Counterstool is $780 USD.
The Peel Side Table can also be color-matched to suit a project's palette, and is offered standard in Pearl (White) or Graphite (Dark Grey) with a Grigio Carnico marble top. Retail pricing on the Peel Side Table is $880 USD.
