Return & Exchange Policy
At Shift, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor furniture and accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Because our products are made-to-order and often customized, we only accept returns in the case of damage or defect. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shiftmakes.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. For stocked accessories (Wylie Hose Reel, Beekman Birdfeeder) we offer returns for a period of 30 days after purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on made-to-order items. If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance items
- Items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect installation
Shipping & Packaging
If a return is authorized, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. For stocked accessories (Wylie Hose Reel, Beekman Birdfeeder) we offer free returns, provided the above conditons are met.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
