This site and all contents of this site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of this site, that your use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that SHIFT SPACE DESIGN LLC (DBA SHIFT) shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.

All products in this website are produced from original artwork. All copyright and trademark rights and the distinctive appearance of these products are owned by SHIFT SPACE DESIGN, LLC.


Wholesale Order minimums are 10 pieces or $600, whichever comes first.

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Paypal and company check by approval. Opening orders must be pre-paid via credit card or check and our wholesale costs do not include shipment, which is calculated case-by-case. Reorders will not be released for shipment until payment has been received in full for any prior orders.All subsequent orders will be billed at the time of shipment. A credit card is required on file using this form at the time order is placed. You may place your wholesale order using our order form supplied after stockist confirmation via email, by phone, at a trade show, or by appointment at the SHIFT studio in Philadelphia, PA. We do not accept COD.

Buyers that have placed and received three or more orders may apply for net 30 terms. Net 30 accounts must be backed with a credit card guarantee of payment. The amount due will be charged to your credit card if payment is not received in a timely manner. In the event that the account becomes non-collectable, late fees may be assessed. Accounts past 80 days will be referred to collections. All returned checks will be charged $50 and subsequent orders must be prepaid by a credit card.


SHIFT suggests Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (Retail Price, or RP). We do not sell to retailers who advertise our products for below Retail Price without explicit approval. SHIFT reserves the right to adjust prices with fluctuating material costs, and will notify all retailers of this change as it occurs.

Each year between November 24th and November 27th our retailers may take a maximum of 15% off MSRP prices for SHIFT products. This is currently the only time we allow discounts on our products, and if we choose to offer an additional sales period will notify all retailers beforehand to allow them to equally take advantage of the sale. 


Due to the inherent properties of the material and coatings we employ, some surfaces may have minor inconsistencies and/or change over time. Coated aluminum bent by the end user may flake when rubbed - this is considered normal and will not rust. Approval is needed before becoming a SHIFT stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you have questions please contact sales@shiftmakes.com.


Our products are typically tagged with cards that include UPC-A, SKU, Instagram, website, and product information. Inquire at hello@shiftmakes.com for more details on packing. Product cards, stickers, business cards and custom elements can be shipped by request for placement at retail location.

Our brand is a cherished member of our team, and we expect that our identity in any retail environment, online or physical, is treated with respect. Our requirements include proper text formatting for products and brand, visibility in store, a minimum of four social posts focused on SHIFT or SHIFT products annually, and promoting the products with approved marketing copy. Rush shipping on orders is available by special request and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

Any changes to orders must be emailed to sales@shiftmakes.com or by phone within one day of placing your order. Rush orders cannot be changed, and orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been shipped or are in production.

Orders will be completed and shipped 5-7 business days from the day the order is confirmed unless otherwise specified online or via email. Larger orders can take three to twelve weeks to fill depending on the circumstances, lead times, and inventory levels. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We ship orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx with insurance/tracking and pack bulk whenever possible to save on freight costs. International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees. Additional mailing services are available upon request and will incur additional charges to be determined. UPS and FedEx are available as 3rd party billing if account number is provided.

We strive to ship complete, but on occasion we sometimes run out of our most popular products. If this is the case we will contact you to give you the option to change your order or wait for the item to restock. All backorders will be noted on our site with an estimated delivery date and will be shipped out as soon as possible. We do not cancel backorders unless requested.

If an item arrives damaged, contact sales@shiftmakes.com within 5 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging for internal analysis. Typically, we will email a return label with an authorization number and upon return scan ship a replacement product to the same address. Please hold onto all packaging materials. Shipment fees are non-refundable, and a return authorization number will be required for any return.

For bulk or custom orders, please contact us immediately and take photos at time of delivery. Contact sales@shiftmakes.com to discuss replacement. SHIFT reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice, in a condition unacceptable for resale or without a return authorization number. All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the retailer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded. SHIFT is not responsible for loss or damages incurred from shipping of returned products. Claims must be completed by appropriate parties.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Shift Space Design LLC and its affiliate brands harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site or products.

Through use of this site, our products or by becoming a wholesale retailer of SHIFT, you agree to these terms and conditions.|
